This is the best new restaurant to move into the old Bamboo Hut/Pho Nguyen/Ethan Allen Pub location yet, by far! The food was full of flavor, the price was reasonable, and the portions were generous. Plus, the owners were incredibly nice. We had the pork chili momo, pork fried rice, chicken tikka masala, and the pork choila. Everything was really tasty, but my favorite were the chili momo. Definitely recommend getting those. This will definitely become a regular spot for us.

Maya's Kitchen & Bar is absolutely the best. The papadam and chicken tikka masala are my go-to. The pork chili momo is also very good.
Prices are good and the owners are fantastic. -

Do yourself a favor and grab some of those Vegetable Chili Momos - they're probably the best vegetarian dish I've had in Burlington. Pair it some tasty flat noodles and some great service for an overall wonderful experience.

Food and service was fabulous. There were 2 of us and we split the chicken curry, momos, and paratha. They do not have a liquor licence yet so you can bring your own. The description does not say it but they have more Nepal food choices than other Asian cuisines. Parking on site, no meters. See the Seven Days review for more info.

I thought the food was great and I'll be back. Would give 5 stars if the interior was nicer. Lots of hard surfaces and feels like a dive bar (which it was.). I had chicken chili momo's and chan's masala. Both delicious and spicy.
